Immigration limitations with regard to COVID-19
In accordance with the administration order, Green Cards will be suspended for 60-days. After the said period another 50 days’ delay will be reviewed.
The order will affect:
- Spouses and children under 21 of green card holders abroad (outside the U.S.)
- Parents, siblings, and children older than 21 of U.S. citizens residing abroad
- All employment green cards except the EB-5 (“immigrant investor”)
- Diversity Visas (Green Card Lottery)
- Temporary visas (H1-B visas, L-1, H-2B, etc.)
The order will NOT affect:
- Any green card applicants residing in the United States (“adjustment of status“)
- Spouses or children under 21 of U.S. citizens
- Special Immigrant Visas
- EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5 Visas, including National Interest Waiver
- Temporary visas (F-1, M-1, O-1, student visas, etc.)

You answer our simple questionnaire and our system automatically converts it into the necessary USCIS forms according to your application type. As a rule, it doesn't take longer than one hour. After we receive your answers, our lawyer reviews your forms and we get back to you within 48 hours. You can schedule an appointment with us via WhatsApp, Viber, Wechat, Skype, Zoom, or Google Hangouts. You will have a chance to discuss your case in detail, evaluate your approval chances and correct any possible mistakes. When everything is ready and the lawyer gives you a green light, you print out, sign and mail your application package to USCIS. We provide you with detailed instructions for each step and USCIS address to make sure the process is as smooth as possible for you.
